The atmosphere was clean (they clean thoroughly everywhere), comfortable, and very professional. Oren was genuine and just the right person to help me with my first tattoo. Very little pain and quick healing time as well. The artwork she did in memory of my Mom was identical to her handwriting. I stare at it all the time.
